We are a family run business. Our Mission is to find the best quality Rental Housing to fit the budgets of responsible tenants.
Our Rental Housing portfolio specializes in recently renovated houses, duplexes and triplexes, located within easy walking distance or bus ride to the Western Campus and Richmond Row.
We ensure prospective tenants know what they are renting, guide them through the Leasing paperwork, explain "the ropes" to them, and welcome them to their new homes when they move in.
